CPSU Central Public Sector Undertakings are public sector companies, which are established and owned by the Government of India. There are some examples of CPSU are:-

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Coal India Limited (CIL), Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), State Bank of India (SBI) ,Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and many more.
